I will admit the place was very busy, but friendlier people would be nice. Anyway I gave up and camped elsewhere and my credit card was charged anyway because I did not cancel reservations in time which I have no argument with. Just need friendly people please.
Remember your bankcard agreement holds that if service from a retailer, hotel, etc. is not satisfactory, you may request a chargeback. You must provide a reasonable explanation for this to your bankcard company. I have nothing against the resort, but poor service should not be rewarded with your hard earned dollars.
