Does anyone enjoy paying ridiculously high gas prices? Can anyone remember when just slightly over a year ago gas in Bakersfield cost .89 cents a gallon? Will our "wonderful" Senators Boxer and Feinstein do something for the general populace of the state and demand anti-trust hearings on gas company collusion?

It is silly to think anyone might actually enjoy the current exorbinantly high gasoline prices-- especially those of us politically incorrect SOBs who don't use public transportation on a regular basis. I guess if you live in San Francisco and risk your life everyday to get to work using Muni and Bart because cars are evil, and want to control the use of our western lands from your apartment, high gas prices do make sense!

So, of course gas is imperative for most of our lives. However, it should take some clear thinking knuckleheads to have the guts to complain about unfair, big-business, gas company CEOs in collusion, which is hurting the working American middle class! Gee, where are all the pro-middle class congressfolks when WE really need them?
