Of course some of what I said was in jest. Two things though, One, have you ever seen a legislator that WAS NOT confused by fact, scientific or other wise??? Two, I adamantly disagree with "better {winnable} challenge"!!! I served with the 19th Combat Engineer Battalion in Vietnam. When I left the unit in Dec 67 we had paved QL1 from Qui Nohn to Duc Pho with two lanes of asphalt pavement and installed quite a few "unlimited" class [over 60 ton load limit] bridges. We worked thru landmines, rocket and arty fire, small arms fire, and monsoons, snakes and bugs. We DID pave the Sea Horse Hwy and a dollar to a donut we'd could pave ANY thing else you want paved. ESSAYONS!
