Old timers use spark plug compressors

I once had an old timer help me with a flat on an old desert road about 34 years ago. He screwed a spark plug with a hole in the top into a cylinder. Attached to the plug hole was a high pressure hose that he used to fill tires. Great idea and the pressure was up to 150 psi. Something to think about, may solve your problem.
