Over lots of years we've had lots of meals at Panamint Springs, and never one where the food and service weren't at least good... and usually, great. A restaurant's performance is like the energy in a family -- good days & sucky days. My guess is, the Springs has such a high number of good days because of the power of its place, its history, and the spirit of the guy in charge.
