Since I am the person who is planning the trip.
Let me clairify.
The hike will be down from a camp spot just north of the burgess mine cabin.
We will park the trucks on the southern slope of
New York butte.
The rought tranverses the ridge line northward
Almost to forgotten pass.
Then we will hike down to Beveridge and the green bear cabin.
Those in are group that are not up to the task will remain behind at are truck camp and man the radios.
This will be my second trip to the town.
My first was by way of Snowflake mine road
out of Saline valley.
