Hi Bill,
In the post below..(and retrieved treads from the DVNP board) I think we have narrowed the one I'm looking for down to the the Wolfman's cabin >>aka the Coffee Stop Cabin >>aka Murcury Mine>> aka The Burman's (RIP) Cabin. My gosh, if these arn't the same place I'll be looking for them all for years:). Hmmmmm, really can't say where this has focused to other than the East side of Saline north of the upper springs (an old Geol map and the Cinnabar claim pegged it for me!). I'll definately locate it next trip...But TOO hot now for a couple of months.

I really like the area of Owens Valley, The White-Inyos, Pannament Valley, and Saline Valley. Everyone has stomping grounds and I think I've found mine here (trout fishing one day, wheeling and soaking the next).

So, now you introduce Beekeepers cabin in the same area? Where is McElvoy canyon?? I'll have to get the maps out I'm not familiar with it, is it up Steel pass??

Thank you,
Mitch
