Yes - we're in full agreement. The population density in California is the #1 reason why there are more environmental problems there than here - not to say it's perfect here or anything, but I thought Minnesota made a good comparison since our political leadership tends to be so liberal. Since our environment is still in excellent condition, there must be another explanation for that other than political orientation.
