I first saw Mike in 1978 when he wandered into our camp and asked for a meal. He was actually quite educated and well spoken, but didn't explain why he dropped out and went wild. I heard that in the early '80s Mike got his head straight and is now a political consultant. He serves as an advisor and speech writer for Senator Dianne Feinstein.
