yeah, i here ya man. totally sucks- closing surprise canyon. i understand the falls are brutal and impossible only to well modified 4WD and winch. but now, access is denied to them too. just another "greenie"/"eco-nazi" win. get ready for more such closures i'm sure. :(
i used to go to panamint city in the 60's and 70's with a truck, jeep, vw or motorcycle. was always a fun trip. i guess i am lucky to have been able to do so.
