Tower/Structure Atop Porter Peak?

I was at Manly Pass last weekend scoping the panamints to the northeast with binoculars when I spotted a large structure (it reflected sunlight, so seemed to be a metal tower or structure) atop one of the tree-lined peaks beyond Manly Peak - it looked like the Porter Peak area (??) Does anyone know of a tower or other structure atop one of the high peaks in the southern Panamints, and if so is it accessible by vehicle?
