This is a BIG Attaboy to Joel for his overall meal preparation at the Osborne Cabin. While most of us watched, Joel was a flurry of activity, knocking out a dynamite salad that really hit the spot, followed by a fajita extravaganza.
But dessert? I don't remember any dessert. I must have dozed off by the campfire.....
