Quail Spring - Sounds Like A Possibility

The topos show a primitive jeep road leading south to Quail Spring off of Owl's Hole Road directly south of Lost Lake. It intersects a road leading north from Pilot Knob Valley on Fort Irwin's test range near Leach Lake. Although no buildings are indicated, Quail Spring seems like a possiblity; especially since Quail Spring is on or near the Ft. Irwin boundry, and wouldn't see alot of traffic. I want to believe that the cabin exists, because both of the guys I spoke to at Trona Airport some years ago insisted that they were there. Thanks for all the input!
