I am using the TOPO! Death Valley, Joshua Tree, East Mojave Desert CD and I searched for the location that Fran mentioned and nothing there on my version. Nothing on the USGS maps either. But my original question for this posting was because I also found a faint building marker on my program. It's location is 116-48'35"W, 35-47'48"N. It is northeast of Lost Lake. Not sure if it is real or not. Looks like you now have two potential sites. Good luck if you go.
