I am using TOPO! DV /EAST MOJAVE / JOSHUA TREE software by Wildflower. There is a symbol (which I interpret as a building - it is not clear!) at the following location. 35*42'17" N, 116*44'02" W The center of Lost Lake is at 35*45'13" N, 116*49'37" W THE HEADING FROM THAT POINT IN A STRAIGHT LINE IS 124.34*TN, 6.18 miles. The distance seems to be a bit much but it appears that access can be gained to this point by "dry river beds" which predominate the area. Not sure if this is much help. I cannot find any other "Building Marking" in a 100 Sq. Mi. area.
