LeMoigne closed as part of the Desert "Protection" Act in 1998. The portion of the road from highway 190 is open to where the road enters the canyon.
Surprise has been closed by an eco-kook lawsuit in about May of last year.
I would get to the Saline Hot Springs soon, as the NPS and other entities have their eyes on its current laid back, no fee, no developed campsites condition.
