I would love to see some pictures from the Lorman Mine. I have been fascinated by that shaft for over 20 years. I'm curious as to how the drop was rigged. Tying off to a vehicle and dropping off the side would result in a shower of rocks upon thy head. I considered possibly bolting anchors off the concrete wall at the back of the shaft, but that plan seemed a bit challenging.
Joel - please let me know how the drop was rigged and how it worked out for you, and any pics would be appreciated.
