Board Complexity

I don't know about you guys but I am having a heck of a time trying to keep track of the messages on this board - who said what when to whom. I keep thinking there are better message board formats but know nothing of how they work. Has something different been considered here?

I am not trying to be a putz, but just getting frustrated trying to keep it all straight. I know I am missing some things!
