You've hit it on the head! Leave it to the government to ruin small businesses financially when they find limited wheelchair access to buildings in the city, but at the same time deny fair access to those same handicapped people on public lands. Lara has the solution: Sue the government to protect our rights! (How 'bout contacting the ACLU for help?) In the meantime, keep those roads open by USING them!
