Come on now! Those are ROADS, not footpaths! Offroad driving is a recognized family recreational activity, and those families have earned their right to use public roads on public lands. Responsible drivers are no menace to anyone. For you to blow millions of tax-paying citizens off with statements like you have made is the epitome of ignorance. Also, please don't forget the handicapped and others that cannot take the stress of hiking - do you want to deny them access to our PUBLIC LANDS? You need to take a nap!
