There is a painting(pictograph) of a possible Spaniard in a cave in Death Valley. This painting shows that the Spaniard was killed, as well as his horse/mule. So it very possible for the Spaniards to have crossed Death Valley. In the painting it showas that for the killing lances or arrows were used. No I am not going to reveal the location of the cave...
