I've been part of this site for a few months now, and I have been on many roads in DV. I must say that many of the responses that have been posted here about the "experiment" are written by people who have a healthy respect for DV and are consummate 4 wheelers . Any negative feedback, is from knowledgable people who have learned the hard-way in transversing these trails and, I believe, out of a genuine concern for you, passengers and your vehicle. I personally would like to tag along on your trip because it interests me and could prove somewhat exciting. Keep a journal! However I, myself, would not rely on a 2 wheel drive vehicle on most of these trails. Proper preparation will be the key and a willingness to expect the unexpected and be able to deal with it. It is guarenteed to provide a learning experience for all involved. Good luck and please let me know how it goes.
