I found this stretch to be in excellent condition, needing to slow only for curves, not ruts and holes. I see no need to walk your motorcycle at all.
But BEYOND the Briggs Mine the road is straight from Hell the rest of the way to Goler. The washboards are comparable only to Saline Valley, but thankfully, much shorter in distance.
