You won't find any traffic beyond the trailhead in Marble or Cottonwood Canyons for a couple of reasons;i.e., "wilderness designation" by the NPS and physical reasons like the terrain. The 2WD Ranger will also be a challenge because of the deep sand a few miles west of Stove Pipe. My recollection is that it is 13 miles to the trailhead in Marble from S.P.
