LCR, I've seen many of your posts, so I
think I have *some* idea what you consider
difficult - do you really feel Mengel Pass
is that bad, *as of late*? I am thinking
of going over that route in the next month
or so.... and I've done Saline Valley end to
end, some Last Chance Range exploration,
etc,; the easier stuff... I have a stock
2001 4WD Tacoma, off road tires, rear locker,
some challenging off road experience in a group;
BUT I don't want to get in too over my head alone... have any more comments to spare about Mengel? I'd really appreciate it.. thanks!
