Yes. BUT:
1. I strongly recommend a good spotter who'll know how to keep your tires high. The easiest ascent line is on the left, but this is also closest to the wall.

2. I'm assuming you're running offroad tires and willing to air down for a good grip on the rocks

3. I'm also assuming that you've climbed a dry waterfall or two before.

4. I'm relying on my memory of older 4Runners having very good clearance, especially compared to the modern SUV.

5. I think that your longer wheelbase will help you keep your rear leaf-sprung wheels on the ground. You may need your throttle a little...

Note that there were A LOT of rocks around the bottom of the waterfall, so with a capable spotter/rock-stacker, I think your chances are good.
