I presume you are asking about coldest recorded temperatures on the floor of Death Valley proper as I'm sure you're aware that the temperature tonight will likely plunge to near or below 0 in many of the parks higher elevations.
On Jan 8, 1913 the temperature was recorded at 15 degrees fahrenheit at Furnace Creek (circa 175 feet below sea level). The USGS reports this statistic on a weather page for Death Valley that summarizes several weather facts (see the USGS Death Valley Weather page).
