The Institute for Energy and Environmental Research web site is located at www.ieer.org. They have a link at the top of the right-hand column that will take you to a selection of links to fallout maps. The direct link to the IEER "Official Documents" page is http://www.ieer.org/offdocs/index.htm.
On this page, links to the Fallout Maps begin in the second section down. The maps are published as PDF documents, so you will need Acrobat Reader in order to view the maps. If you are not seeing the links at the above URL, then it may be due to differences in our browsers (I'm using IE 5.whatever) but their web site doesn't look that sophisticated.
