"Where I am from, a legally registered (license tag attached) ATV is allowed on unpaved roadways and is able to cross "paved" roadways at a 90 degree angle."

You must not be from a Nat. Park. You and your vehicle must have a lic. to operate on paved roads, to drive on the dirt roads in DV.

There are areas around DV, but nothing in DV for ATVs.

You can drive ATVs on the streets in Avalon CA, but you can't drive them on the streets in Long Beach, CA.

So uless its legal to drive your vehicle on paved hiways to DV, you can't drive it in DV.

Is that a "straight" answer?
