Most folks are gone, except the real tourists. The temperature is back into the 100's, so plan for it. The higher elevations will be a bit cooler. Not sure when the back country roads are closed for the HOT period, such as Titus Canyon. The rangers don't want folks getting stranded during the HOT season...too dangerous. Hope this helps...
