I had read the message board and was looking
forward to the new annotated Johnson bio of Manley. I went to this link from the this thread to Amazon and ordered 2 copies. Surprise. This is not the new Johnson version of Manley's bio. No footnotes, maps, etc. (My version of the book looks exactly like the picture in the link). Gotta find the Heyday Publications version - the book listed shown here is from Narrative Press. One does not want ISBN1-589676-026-3 (Paperback) if one wants the new Johnson annotated version.
