This sounded vaguely familiar, but a web search turned up very
little. I only found one reference, on a page in German. An
automatic translation indicated that the Gnome's Workshop is a
bunch of salt formations, so it is likely a spot somewhere on
the salt pan. It doesn't appear to be on the map they hand out
at the VC. Sorry, that's all I could come up with.
