I assume you mean Jeep Wrangler. No, there is no place to rent a Jeep Wrangler, unless you're made of money. There are a few joints that rent such "exotic" vehicles, but they charge by the mile.

If you want to visit Death Valley, you'd do fine renting a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They're available at Dollar and Hertz at the airport. Most of the other places rent Chevy Blazers, and, IMHO, are not good vehicles for 4WD. Have a good time.
