I just received in the mail of copy of the new book entitled "Death Valley SUV Trails." It was purchased from the Booky Joint in Mammoth Lakes, Calif. The author is Roger Mitchell. The book is about 300 pages long and has photos and small maps on pretty much every page. I can't wait to start reading it. The book is a guide to 46 interesting 4-wheel drive trips, most of which are WAY off the beaten path. I think Spangler and D. Wright would love it! Oh, and Heathcoat...
