What's up with idiots driving ON the Racetrack?!

I can't believe that people would actually drive out on the floor of the Racetrack and was shocked to realize they also apparently have stolen the rocks! This past week we walked the entire Racetrack and found only ONE rock left that had a trail.

Stupid idiots.
