You should have no problem. A friend came out a while
back and we took him on this route, he had a blast. He drove a Stock 2001 Blazer
(Rental), which if you have seen one, they have all but 5 inches of clearance.
We made it thru with no problems, just take your time. But, I think the rental agency
would say something different. You see we also took it up South Park Canyon! We
made it to just the last hill before Briggs camp, before we had to hop out and
jump in the other vehicle. When he returned the rental it had a few problems,
the front stabilizer was broken on one side and missing on the other, the
floorboard had a hole punched through (small), the gas tank was caved in and the
tires were missing big hunks of rubber, but he told me it was "Worth It
!"
