The problem with Dirty Socks is that it is not neat. In fact, it is a mess. I'm not refering to the pool with its wonderful medicinal waters but the surrounding area. It is a great bird viewing site and should be cleaned up. Come to think of it, it has been cleaned a few times in the past but somehow it always gets trashed again. I can remember when Dirty Socks had change rooms, picnic tables and was clean. You are right, David, about the broken glass in the pool, I recommend a stout boot for a dip in the warm placid waters of Dirty Socks on a dark moonless night.
