I'd say the D90 starts out more capable. But you
can get a TJ up ot D90 performance for less $$$
than the difference in original cost. My D90 has
a lot of mods of its own though (longer-travel
lifted suspension, underbody protection, snorkel,

For me, though, it's not just about performance.
I prefer the uniqueness and distinctive
personality of a Land Rover.
