Checked the URL for Water-Supply Paper 224 that I gave in my previous post and the USGS says it is not available. Well, the map in my previous post is from Water-Supply Paper 224 and all the paper IS available from the USGS site. I just downloaded 224's map from the USGS site so, if you are interested, explore the USGS site to find and download 224. The report was published in 1909 and it seems like only yesterday.
