Ran Indian Ranch Rd. from north end to Ballarat last week. Everything was dry. Didn't go south of Ballarat, but I imagine it is fine by this point. There was an earlier report of some mud, but the lake in the valley is drying up pretty quickly.
Snow level got to about 5,000 feet, and PSR was in the low 40s at night last week. I'm guessing Coulter is probably pretty icy, but don't know for sure.
