Panamint Valley dry lake

Heading over Manly Pass into Panamint Valley. Has anyone been through there lately? Wondering if either route (north to Ballarat or south to Goler) is passable.

Also, Is Coulter Spring frozen in South Park? Is there much snow up on top and around the loop?
