Yeah, There are three groups up there right now that I'm aware of. The PVD organized group was running two groups through the loop. One group in each direction IIRC and there is at least one private group up there.

The vehicle in question was with the PVD group. I was not there so I can't comment on the spotting around the rock.

I did hear local authorities arrived and CHP and Navy Choppers gave mutual aid. They were in the best hands possible during that situation.
