Beautiful Chart!

Just returned from a quick trip to Butte Valley. I climbed Striped Butte on Thursday and took many photographs. I'll enlarge, print, and analyze them tomorrow,

The road to Butte Valley is nothing like 'the good old days.' Back when the mines were in operation, I drove my MB 220 four-door sedan to within a couple miles of the valley.

On my way in Wednesday afternoon, I met 40 or 50 trail riders going to the Encampment. They were almost to the exit of Warm Spring Canyon. The sun was down and they had to make it to Salt Well that night.
