November is one of the more popular times in DVNP.
Nov. 4-8 is the DV 49ers, Nov. 13-15 is Panamint Valley Days and Thanksgiving week is always popular.
I'd expect at least some company at the Racetrack on a Nov. Sat. Remember that the days get very short in Nov. Is your Racetrack and Lippencott plan a daytrip or are you camping in the Saline Valley?

I assume that your LR is a true 4x4 with a low range transfer case. I'd air my Jeep down to 13-14 psi for the rocky spots on Lippencott, but airing down is probably more valuable for washboard on Racetrack Road and Saline Valley Road. I've heard the washboard on Racetrack Road is currently bad. Do you have means to air back up? If you are not experienced and properly equipped for those roads, I'd really suggest not driving alone.
