Lippincott Rd conditions tire pressure low gear

Has anybody driven down Lippincott Rd recently? Are many people at the racetrack on Saturday's in November? What are the conditions? I will drive a land rover discovery series 2, what should the front and back tire pressure be for descent in low gear? Any answers are appreciated
