Thanks for the info. I filled out and submitted the survey. In general I expressed my feelings that roads should remain open (and in some cases reopened) in order to provide access to public park lands. My pet peeve is the closure of the road into Hall Canyon. Although I have real concerns about protecting the environment and that sort of thing, at this time public access is a greater concern. It's a matter of keeping things in reasonable balance.
