I though I would chime in here to let everybody know what is going on. The Department of the Interior has blocked access to several sites on the internet including the Death Valley Natural History Association. This is part of security procedures they do. There is nothing actually wrong with the site - it was just blocked. The DVNHA has been hosting the Morning Report for the Park Service for years. The Park Service had the ability to simply upload the file to the server and it was available - until now. With recent these recent DOI restrictions of Internet use, the Park Service can no longer simply FTP the morning Report to the server as they have done in the past. Several people are working now to restore that access through the DOI so that the morning reports can once again be updated as it was before. Until such time, DNVHA personnel will be manually uploading that file for the park service to the server so that the Morning Report and the Range Programs report can once again be available to the public. Hopefully, this will be resolved in a few weeks.
