Instead of talking about guns this weekend....I drove up to Cerro Gordo around 11pm friday night and noticed for the first time that there were no lights on(for obvious reasons)...I continued on to the top of the Tram and went to sleep. Saturday morning I hiked down to the Salt Tram mid-station (without a gun) and enjoyed a perfect day. The station is still in good condition....no missing stuff...nuff said. It was perfect weather...T shirt and pants all day. This was my third trip there and it was just as awesome as the first time I was there. I started at the head of Daisy Canyon two miles over from the top station to see if I could find any evidence of how or where they dragged the heavy parts down. I did find the top of the temporary tram that was used in the construction......but I am still puzzled as to where they dragged those heavy parts down. Anyone have any clues ??????
