NO, Rogers peak(next to Telescope peak) will remain analog for the time being.
As with anything NPS or BLM related access and approval is a major task. And the possible approval of the Verizon/Alltel merger, and possible divestment of the California Alltel market adds more confusion to it.
Death/Panamint Valleys will remain covered with analog for time being as with the tower that covers Eureka valley too.
Keep your tri-mode analog capable phones for now. Analog should remain on till digital can be installed.
