Came up 395 to PSR from San Berdo last night. 190 is open, and there is plenty of traffic coming by PSR in both directions. I also just heard that 136 is now openas wel from 190 to Lone Pine - didn't go that way, but someone at PSR had.

395 had a couple of hour delay last night due to flooding in Adelanto. I saw the storm, but had stopped for some dinner, and when I got done, 395 has a foot of water half the width of the road. Traffic was being diverted, but not very well.

The rest of the trip up was fine, but you could see standing water on the side of the road for much of the trip.
